MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding each laundry renovation from the first conversation through to the final checks. He keeps a close eye on how the work is progressing and helps shape a clear plan around each household’s needs, so the project feels well organised and manageable for customers in Mentone.
When coordinating laundry work, Miltiadis considers how the room will be used and helps customers weigh up suitable layouts, fittings and finishes. He stays involved as decisions are made, checks that each stage is moving as planned, and works through any practical questions that come up along the way.
Customers know who to speak with throughout their laundry renovation, and Miltiadis makes time to explain what’s happening and what comes next. He listens to concerns, responds to questions and helps keep expectations clear, giving Mentone homeowners a straightforward point of contact while work is underway.
