MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day and guides residential projects from the first conversation through to completion. As part of the father-and-son team, he stays involved in the work and makes sure plans are clear before things get underway. He serves Cheltenham.
On site, Miltiadis keeps the work organised and checks that each stage is progressing as planned. He talks through decisions with the team, keeps an eye on the details that shape the finished result, and steps in to resolve issues as they arise. This helps keep each job focused.
Customers working with Miltiadis know who to speak with and can expect straightforward updates as their project takes shape. He takes time to understand what matters in their home, answers questions in plain language and checks in along the way, so customers feel informed about what’s happening next.
