MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, guiding the work and keeping each job organised from the first conversation through to completion. Serving customers in Bentleigh East, he helps shape a clear plan around each home and the practical needs of the people living in it.
On site, Miltiadis keeps the team focused on careful preparation and the small details that influence the finished result. He stays involved as the work progresses, checks each stage and makes sure decisions are considered, helping the team deliver a consistent standard across every part of the job.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis, who listens to what matters in their home and explains the next steps in plain language. He keeps communication open throughout the project, responds to questions and works through details thoughtfully, so customers know what’s happening and feel well looked after.
