MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day-to-day work at Athans Building Services, staying closely involved as each project moves forward. As part of the father and son team, he helps keep the work organised and makes sure the agreed details are understood before work begins. He serves customers in Springvale.
He guides each job by keeping track of the work and checking that the plans are clear. Miltiadis stays engaged as things progress, pays attention to the finer points and helps address questions along the way. His hands-on approach keeps the work on course and makes it easier for customers to know what’s happening.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis and can talk through their needs with him. He keeps them informed, takes care around their home and checks the completed work with them. By staying accessible from the first conversation through to the final stages, he helps make the experience feel straightforward and considered.
