MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding each laundry renovation from the first conversation through to the finishing touches. He stays involved as plans take shape, keeping the work organised and ensuring the details suit the home and how the laundry will be used.
For laundry renovations in Beaumaris, Miltiadis takes a practical, hands on approach. He looks at how the room functions, considers the planned fittings and storage, and helps keep each stage moving in the right order. His attention stays on the details that make the finished space work well.
Customers dealing with Miltiadis can expect clear updates as the job progresses and a chance to raise questions along the way. He makes time to understand what matters to each household, explains what’s happening next and checks that the completed laundry matches the agreed plans.
