MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the work at Athans Building Services, guiding laundry renovations for homes in Clayton. He stays involved from the first conversation through to the final checks, keeping each job organised and making sure the planned updates suit the home and how the household uses its laundry.
He keeps the work moving in a clear order, checks that fittings and finishes are placed as planned, and handles practical decisions as they arise. For a Clayton laundry, Miltiadis considers how storage, access and everyday use come together, helping shape a room that feels practical and well suited to the household.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to explain what’s happening, answer questions plainly and keep them informed as the job progresses. He takes time to understand what matters most in the household, then reviews the completed work with the customer so any agreed finishing touches are addressed before the job is wrapped up.
