MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services as part of its father-and-son team, staying closely involved in how each job is planned and carried out. He helps set clear expectations from the outset and keeps the work organised, while remaining available to customers throughout their projects in South East Melbourne.
When guiding a project, Miltiadis pays close attention to how the work is progressing and keeps each stage moving towards the agreed result. For painting work, he considers the details that affect the finish and helps address practical questions as they arise, so customers know what to expect next.
Customers can speak with Miltiadis directly about their project and get a clear sense of what’s happening along the way. He listens to their questions, explains the next steps in straightforward terms and makes time to review the completed work with them before the job is wrapped up.
