MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services day to day, bringing a steady, hands-on presence to kitchen renovation projects in Parkdale. He oversees how each job moves from the initial discussion through to the final checks, helping keep the work organised and making sure the agreed plans are followed on site.
Miltiadis starts by understanding how customers want their kitchen to work, then guides decisions about the job’s sequence and practical next steps. He stays involved as the work progresses, checking that each stage is ready for the next and coordinating the people needed to keep things moving.
For customers, having Miltiadis lead the job means there’s a clear person to speak with and someone who knows what’s happening on site. He makes room for questions, explains what to expect as the project progresses and follows up at completion, so customers can feel informed throughout the renovation.
