MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads Athans Building Services in its day to day work, helping shape how each kitchen renovation is planned and carried through. He stays involved in decisions that affect the finished room, from the arrangement of cabinetry to the finer touches, keeping the work grounded in each household’s needs.
When guiding kitchen renovation work, Miltiadis considers how the room will be used and how its different elements fit together. He keeps practical details in view, including cupboard and drawer placement, benchtop fitting and how finishing elements sit within the space, helping ensure choices suit the home.
Customers working with Miltiadis can talk through what they’d like their kitchen to do and how they want it to feel. He keeps them informed as the work progresses and makes space for questions along the way. From Clayton South, he helps local households make considered updates to their kitchens.
