MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, guiding each home extension project in Springvale from the first conversations to the finishing touches. He stays involved as plans take shape, keeping the job organised and making sure the work reflects what each household needs from its living space.
He takes a practical, hands on approach, paying attention to how new or adapted rooms connect with the rest of the home. Miltiadis keeps the sequence of work clear, checks details as the project progresses and coordinates the finishing tasks so each area feels considered and ready to use.
Customers can expect Miltiadis to be accessible throughout the job, with regular updates and time to talk through questions as they arise. He listens to what matters, explains the next steps in plain language and follows through on agreed details, helping customers feel informed and comfortable during the work.
