MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, giving the team clear direction and keeping each job organised. For home extension work in Hampton, he stays involved as the project takes shape, checks what needs attention and considers how new spaces will connect with the existing home.
He sets out the practical steps for each job and keeps an eye on how the work fits together. Miltiadis pays close attention to the transition between old and new spaces, helping the team manage details such as internal finishes and trim as the extension progresses.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis and can ask questions as the work moves along. He explains what’s happening, discusses any decisions that come up and helps people understand the next steps. His hands on approach keeps customers informed and makes it easier to feel at ease throughout the project.
