MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day-to-day work at Athans Building Services, helping guide each project from the first discussion through to completion. For window installation in Bentleigh, he keeps the job organised and makes sure the work is suited to the home, with decisions made carefully as the project moves forward.
He starts by understanding what needs to happen, then checks the window opening and plans the fitting sequence so each stage has a clear purpose. Miltiadis stays involved as the frame, sash and hardware are put in place, adjusting the approach when the opening calls for it.
Customers deal directly with Miltiadis and know who’s overseeing the work at their home. He explains what’s happening at each stage and makes space for questions, so customers can follow the progress and understand the next steps. His hands-on approach helps make the experience straightforward from the initial conversation to the finished installation.
