MEET THE OWNER OF Athans Building Services
Miltiadis leads the day to day work at Athans Building Services, bringing a hands on presence to bathroom renovation projects in Cheltenham. He helps shape each job around the home and the customer’s priorities, keeps the work organised and makes sure the next steps are clear before the project moves ahead.
On site, Miltiadis guides the work from the initial preparation through to the final touches. He keeps an eye on how each stage fits together, addresses practical details as they arise and makes considered decisions to keep the renovation moving in the right direction while staying focused on the intended result.
Customers have a direct point of contact throughout their project and can talk through questions as the work progresses. Miltiadis makes time to explain what’s happening, check that details match the agreed plan and follow up on the finish, helping customers feel informed and comfortable from start to completion.
